Field notes / compare the whole cost
What belongs in the complete cost quote?
Ask for a total that covers the plan being proposed. A headline amount is hard to compare until its contents are clear.
Is there an O'Fallon treatment price here?
No local treatment quote is provided here. For an actual figure, ask the care business to price the exact assessment and treatment under discussion.
Request separate lines for the visit, medicine, tests, supplies and delivery. Ask which lines are optional, which repeat and which are included.
If the offer is an IV vitamin drip rather than peptide care, request a separate explanation and quote for that offer.
Why ask about a service fee?
In the September 26, 2026 check of selected weight-care pages, a recurring service fee and a separate drug bill were common.
These were advertised offers from selected services on that date. They do not tell you what an O'Fallon visit costs. Ask what the service fee covers and whether it continues between visits.
Can tests add much to the bill?
Advertised blood-test prices checked September 26, 2026 ranged from $29 to $59 per test when paying without insurance. For example, a blood-cell count was $29 and a cholesterol test was $59. Some services added a $6 fee to the order.
Those posted amounts are a rough planning reference, not a quote for your tests. Ask which tests are needed, why they are needed and how often they would be repeated.
A bundle is only useful to compare once the included tests are named.
What terms belong beside the total?
Ask how the price changes after an opening offer, how to cancel a recurring charge, and what refund terms apply.
Ask for the amount due if no medicine is prescribed. Then ask for the ongoing amount if care continues. Keep those answers in the same written comparison.
Bring the quote to the insurance questionsKeep this with your notes
Take away a written list of costs and repeat charges. A clear quote lets you compare the proposed care on equal terms.

Price does not answer why a made-to-order preparation is being proposed.
